Although Drazen’s experience is predominantly in commercial disputes, insolvency and debt recoveries, he is also experienced in estate litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, equity and trusts, and negligence claims acting for both defendants and claimants. He has acted for companies, individuals, directors and associations in tribunals and courts in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Drazen is a strategic litigator with over a decade post admission experience, whose focus is on providing costs effective and practical solutions in the best interest of his clients with a strong focus on customer service.
